Together with key figures from our national and international sites, we outlined our vision for 2030 and shaped ideas for the future of mobility through an inclusive and collaborative workshop.
On September 19, 2025, the Benacchio Group held a group management meeting in Cartigliano, bringing together managers and teams from all its international sites. The event, opened by CEO Ares Benacchio, focused on the company's mission and long-term strategic objectives towards 2030, charting a clear path to strengthen the Group's innovation and growth.
The program was structured in three main phases. The first featured a presentation of the Group's organizational structure and updates on its multi-site strategy. This was followed by detailed presentations by representatives from the plants in Italy, Morocco, and Germany, highlighting their portfolios, technologies, customer relationships, and growth paths, reflecting the Benacchio Group's solid and integrated international presence.
In the following phase, the discussion focused on portfolio development and innovation in highly complex products. This laid the groundwork for the most engaging part of the day: the Trend Radar session.
Our team collaborated in an interactive workshop to outline future challenges and opportunities. Divided into thematic tables, they explored market trends, organizational needs, and ESG perspectives, creating together an initial framework for the Group's future direction. Trend Radar embodied the collaborative and inclusive culture of the Benacchio Group: every voice was invited to contribute, promoting a sense of shared responsibility and a collective vision.
