Brake Pedals

In 2019, in the Cartigliano Plant, a new production started. A fully Automatic brake pedal line with 6 welding robots (all ABB and Fronius solder). Automatic loading and unloading, laser marking and 100% checks of welds with automated monitoring systems and cameras.

Battery Box

The automatic Assembly line of the Battery Box Project for trucks was implemented in the first quarter of 2020. A linear conveyor line with 7 robots that weld, clinch and rivet. Controlled 100% with cameras.
