The focus meeting this year, “Be the Change You Want to See”, took place at the new Engineering Centre in Uhingen, near Stuttgart. Together with key figures from the national and international offices, we have outlined the vision for the future of the BENACCHIO Group through an workshop that was inclusive and collaborative.
On 25 September 2026, we brought together in Uhingen the managers of all the branches of the Group, in Italy and abroad. Opening the proceedings was the CEO, Ares Benacchio, who reiterated the mission of the company and its strategic objectives for the future: a clear path to strengthen innovation and growth.
The meeting provided an opportunity for genuine dialogue and sharing. Coming together in the same place, listening to one another and working side by side helped to strengthen the bonds between people and the Group’s offices, transforming differences in skills, cultures and geographical locations into a shared resource.
It is from this spirit that the BENACCHIO Group’s drive for the future stems: from the conviction that every contribution counts and that the future is built together, starting with the change we are ready to bring about ourselves.
