Last Friday, May 29 2026, we had the privilege of presenting the 5th Elio Giovanni Benacchio Award at ITIS - Enrico Fermi of Bassano del Grappa, an event that once again highlighted the remarkable talent, dedication, and commitment of the next generation.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the students who participated. The level of effort, creativity, and professionalism demonstrated throughout the project was truly outstanding. Each group approached their work with passion and determination, producing thoughtful, well-researched, and high-quality results that reflect not only their technical abilities but also their perseverance and teamwork.
The Elio Giovanni Benacchio Award carries a special meaning. It was born from Elio’s deep belief in young people — in their potential, their ideas, and their future. Supporting the younger generation and investing in their growth was something very close to his heart. This award stands as a continuation of that vision: to encourage students, to recognize their efforts, and to inspire them to keep striving for excellence.
Choosing a winner this year was particularly challenging. Every project presented was carefully developed and demonstrated a strong level of study and understanding. The decision was not an easy one, and this speaks volumes about the quality of work produced by all participants.
To all the students: you should be incredibly proud of what you have achieved. Your hard work has not gone unnoticed, and you have truly embodied the spirit of this award.
